Pink Pistachio Brunch Budapest

A unique pistachio-themed brunch spot right next to St. Stephen’s Basilica, on Hercegprímás Street, in the heart of Budapest. Here, everything is about pistachio: breakfast, desserts, gelato, specialty coffee, and matcha drinks – a true pistachio paradise. The experience is elevated by the famous pistachio fountain, used to create the viral Pistachio Strawberry. Drinks aren’t served in traditional cups either: for the first time in Budapest, they come sealed in a CAN, so you can take them with you while exploring the city, heading to work, or as a unique gift.

About Us
This place is a dream come true for pistachio lovers! Located just steps from St. Stephen’s Basilica, it’s the first and only spot in Budapest fully dedicated to pistachio, and they do it incredibly well. The pistachio here is of high quality, super creamy and rich. The interior is aesthetically pleasing with a modern vibe that makes it a very Instagram worthy spot. The staff is friendly and welcoming, which makes the whole experience even better. Everything we tried was delicious and beautifully presented. The ice cream is a highlight, especially the vegan pistachio, mango, and matcha raspberry flavors. Don’t skip the crushed pistachio topping! From the brunch menu, we loved the Pistachio Burger and the Pistachio Hummus. Both unique and packed with bold, creative flavor combinations. Who knew pistachio would go so well with savory brunch dishes. The sweet options, Pistachio Pancake and Pistachio French Toast are equally tasty. Their coffee and matcha are all satisfying, but the Pink Pistachio Matcha is the one that stole my heart. And if you’re looking for something sweet yet refreshing, the Pistachio Strawberry Cup is a must. Highly recommended, whether you love pistachio or just eager to try something new, it’s definitely worth a visit. I’ll be coming back for more.🍦💚

The drinks are not only delicious but also beautifully made — from their creamy iced matcha lattes to unique seasonal specials, every sip feels like a treat. The interior design is just as delightful as the menu: bright, cozy, and thoughtfully styled, making it the perfect spot to relax or catch up with friends. What really makes the experience special, though, is the staff. Gary, Zoe, and Leo are genuinely welcoming and attentive, creating such a friendly atmosphere that you feel like a regular from the moment you walk in. Their warmth and passion for what they do shine through in every interaction. Pink Pistachio has quickly become one of my favorite places in the city — a little haven for good vibes, great drinks, and wonderful people. Highly recommended!

Lovely place, and employees, chill atmosphere and the most amazing pistachio treats! The pistachio ice cream is divine with real pistachio, no artificial colours and unnecessary sugar. The pistachio ice latte Spanish is amazing! We came here twice for our entire stay and would definitely come again when in Budapest!

If you’re a pistachio lover, this café is a must-visit! Specializing in everything pistachio, the shop offers a unique selection of cakes, ice cream, and coffee – all with a rich pistachio flavor. I tried their pistachio cake and ice cream, and both were creamy, flavorful, and not overly sweet. I’m looking forward to coming back to try their pistachio coffee and other desserts.

Absolutely incredible gelato! The pistachio flavor is hands down one of the best I’ve ever had — rich, creamy, and so natural, you can really taste the quality ingredients. I was also blown away by the vanilla gelato — made with real vanilla beans, it’s incredibly flavorful and full of that deep, authentic vanilla taste. They offer a wide variety of other flavors too, each one just as delicious and clearly made with care. You can tell everything is crafted with love and attention to detail. If you’re a fan of real, honest ingredients and unforgettable flavors, this is a must-visit!
